We usually charge a fee for mortgage advice. The amount of the fee will depend upon your circumstances and will be discussed and agreed with you at the earliest opportunity. For our arrangement services, our typical fee is £500. However, we may charge a fee of up to 1% of the loan where your application is of a more complex nature. For example, a mortgage of £350,000 would mean a fee of £3,500.
